What to expect

Boulder
This is a unique opportunity to learn to make cocktails through a private, online mixology class. This is an immersive and interactive class that is one-on-one with your instructor Callie. You are encouraged to create cocktails alongside Callie and will be able to ask her any questions as you prepare three cocktails.
Your 90-min online class will be scheduled mutually at your convenience. After it is confirmed, you will be sent a class link and ingredient and supply list.
Begin your cocktail making class by learning to make a Callie creation called Bees Knees, a light and refreshing cocktail created from whiskey, lemon and agave. Next, learn to make a mojito muddled with fresh blackberries, jalapeno and mint. Your third cocktail is a traditional Old Fashioned. Callie is delighted to share the history of the ingredients used in the cocktails and helps you appreciate the tastes and aromas of the different spirits. Learn about the techniques and tips involved in making and tasting cocktails as you shake your own cocktails with the help of this expert mixologist.
